We aim to ship goods by the fastest courier service available at the time or order within the shipping cost framework paid at the time of checkout. Where possible, goods will be packed and shipped within 48 hours of an order being placed. 

We ship from directly from France and where possible we will offer you a shipping cost directly to the address specified by you, or alternative cheaper courier options offering a pick-up collection point. International shipping rates are specified at check out.

Our ultimate goal is to reduce air miles and shipping costs for the customer and to ship to local distributors for you to collect. If this option is available in your area this will be offered at checkout. If this offer is not offered at checkout it means that this service is not yet available in your area.
